Eagle Eye Networks has completed a globalization project of 18 months with which it intends to meet the needs of its main international clients.
This strategic plan is made up of four initiatives: the opening of new data centers worldwide to offer broader regional coverage; inauguration of a new office in Japan and distribution agreements in the Nordic countries and Spain; translation of the user interface into different languages, from the partners' control panel and from the corporate website; and improvements in customer service, including localization and extended operating hours, as well as expansion to Europe.
This drive towards globalization is a key part of the company's mission to meet the needs of its customers and provide added value both to partners, and customers.
Eagle Eye's international clients need a standardized video surveillance solution to simplify operations at their sites around the world.
They also require it to support local languages for their employees and have local data centers in order to comply with video surveillance regulations. Eagle Eye Cloud Security Camera VMS offers a local user experience in a global environment.
Data Centers
Eagle Eye has incorporated data centers in London, Dubai and Frankfurt to anticipate the growth that will be driven by the expansion of its sales channels in Europe and the Middle East, and this expansion will continue along 2019.
With the expansion of the data centers, companies do not face difficulties in meeting the video storage requirements specific to each country.
It has also expanded its facilities in Montreal and Amsterdam due to increased customer demand.
With a new office in Japan, it will also increase its activity in APAC, while with the Amsterdam office the EMEA region will continue to grow.
Multilingual tools
Both the user interface, as well as its website and the partner dashboard, Eagle Eye Reseller Dashboard, have been translated into seven different languages.
The first can be configured according to the user and modified in the profile. All notifications, emails and alerts are sent in the language of the user profile.
For your part, With the Reseller Dashboard, resellers can control, configure, monitor and receive alerts for their Eagle Eye Security Camera VMS clients in the language they choose.
Eagle Eye Networks has extended its operating hours and offers support and training in several new languages. Customer service is available 24 horas al día, five days a week in English, Dutch, Spanish and Japanese.
The extended operating hours, training and localized support provide customers with faster problem resolution and a better experience. Due to partner demand and to offer additional training, Eagle Eye University is now available in English, Dutch and Spanish.
Cloud solutions
Eagle Eye Networks focuses its activity on cloud-based video surveillance solutions that meet the needs of businesses, alarm companies, solution integrators and individuals.
These solutions, distributed in Spain by CCTV Center, they offer cloud and on-premises recording, bank-level security and encryption, and wide compatibility with analog and digital cameras, which can be accessed through the web or mobile apps.
All Eagle Eye products benefit from its RESTful API platform, designed with developers in mind, and from Big Data Video Framework, which enables indexing, búsqueda, retrieval and analysis of live and archived video. Its open Video API (Video API) has been adopted for integration into alarm monitoring, third-party analytics, security dashboards.
