Zelenza crea una división de simulación para Defensa y Seguridad tras adquirir SIMFOR

Zelenza, grupo tecnológico español especializado en ingeniería y servicios innovadores, anuncia la adquisición del 100% del capital de SIMFOR, compañía española de referencia en el desarrollo de soluciones de simulación, evaluación y formación.

Como resultado de esta operación, el grupo Zelenza ha creado una nueva área especializada en Simulación y Entornos Críticos, situando a los sectores de Defensa y Seguridad como vectores prioritarios de crecimiento. Founded in 2005, SIMFOR aporta más de dos décadas de experiencia en simuladores de conducción de vehículos militares, transporte de personas, mercancías y manejo de maquinaria. Su enfoque siempre ha estado orientado a mejorar la preparación, la seguridad y el desempeño operativo de los profesionales.

The strategic move will allow Zelenza to make a qualitative leap in its technological offering. The new division will combine SIMFOR's expertise with Zelenza's robust capabilities in areas such as engineering, command and control, communications, Artificial intelligence (IA) and unmanned systems. The goal is to connect cutting-edge technological development with the comprehensive preparedness of personnel and teams of the Armed Forces and security forces.

This new line of business involves the progressive development of synthetic environments (hyper-realistic virtual representations of operational scenarios) designed to train procedures, rehearse complex missions and evaluate decisions. These innovations open new frontiers for experimentation in ground scenarios, naval and aerial under safe conditions, controlled and reproducible.

In parallel with the push in Defense and Security, SIMFOR will continue developing and operating its solutions for mobility, airport operations and heavy machinery. Integration into the Zelenza Group will provide these business lines with greater technological capabilities, industriales y comerciales, while keeping intact the commitment and personalized attention to the needs of its current clients.
