The new version of the video analytics platform Arteco Offers tools to optimize video surveillance infrastructures.

Arteco has launched a new version of its video analytics suite Omnia VCA. The update 2.0 incorporates new features such as Event Re-trigger, Pixel Display, Onvif Profile S support, DLOT and DLPT tracker calibration and multi-lingual interface (with Italian, Spanish and Turkish).

Event Re-trigger Time is a tool that allows you to specify a period of time in which a set rule no longer generates events if it is triggered by the same object detected in the scene.
A new note has been added to this version to show the number of pixels in the bounding box of the identified object, and Onvif parameters have been incorporated, allowing access to RTSP streams and events from Onvif Profile S-compliant clients.

Calibration allows crawlers to generate metadata about objects found in the field (For example, Height & Speed). This was already available for the object tracker and has now been extended to all trackers, including DLOT and DLPT.

Moreover, fixed certain bugs such as automatic recovery of blocked RTSP channels, and the one that caused video reception from low-definition video streams (Low bitrate) by Omnia VCA. In addition, the ability to disable calibration has been restored in cases where the ObjectFilter rule has been enabled on the channel.

Based on pattern analysis and artificial intelligence, Omnia VCA algorithms can improve the efficiency of security systems, Reduce administration costs and lower risk margins with the prospect of new developments.

The Omnia VCA suite is a standalone application that is installed on a dedicated Windows-based operating workstation or on a virtual machine running in the same environment.
