El software Arteco VEMS allows managing the security infrastructures of healthcare centers, such as the project carried out at the Claudio Vicuña Hospital de Chile.
Arteco has tools, such as the Video Event Management software (VEMS), that help organizations obtain video and security information at any time, identifying critical events and areas of interest. An ideal solution that the company has implemented in different healthcare centers such as the Claudio Vicuña Hospital.
Founded in 1917, in the city of San Antonio (Valparaíso Region – Chile), Claudio Vicuña Hospital has 157 beds and an Emergency Unit. Besides, soon it will have an Intermediate Care Unit with six beds for adults.
The Arteco Video Event Management software (VEMS) is designed to help organizations obtain video and security information at any time. The focus is on identifying critical events and areas of interest, rather than reviewing hours of non-critical video footage.
The VEMS interface unifies alarms and notifications from multiple devices and systems into a single intuitive interface. The platform can also be customized according to each client's needs. Its open platform facilitates the integration of third-party solutions. Arteco Open Connector offers deeper integration options, allowing companies to create the best-in-class security solution, regardless of the manufacturer.
The Arteco installation for Claudio Vicuña Hospital manages peripherals from Grupo Bosh partner producers known worldwide: 348 video channels provided by cameras Dahua and located throughout the hospital infrastructure for security control and facility operations.
Besides, thanks to the standard Contact protocol- ID, Arteco Next integrates and manages 128 alarm zones with DSC panels located in restricted access areas. Finally, the access control of ZKTeco, Arteco partner, sends events and alarms from 205 doors to the Arteco monitoring interface.
