Samsung Techwin offers an advanced video surveillance equipment replacement service
With the aim of offering customers the best after-sales assistance service and facilitating the work of installers, Samsung Techwin's professional security division has announced the launch of an advanced replacement service for the company's video surveillance equipment.
The new advanced video surveillance equipment replacement service from Samsung Techwin surge, as Jason Rou explains, European service manager of the company, “to provide installers with the security that they can leave a CCTV system installed, without having to wait for the supposedly defective product to arrive at our service centers for verification. Our products have proven to be very reliable, "But we know how frustrating it can be for installers and users to have to wait until the defective product has been assessed to proceed with the delivery of a replacement.".
In addition to the three-year warranty that Samsung Techwin products offer, the company's authorized distributors, that are part of the Smart Partner program, can benefit from this advanced equipment replacement service during the first two years from the sale of the equipment.
Thus, if a Samsung Techwin product shows any defect during the first two years of the three-year warranty, A replacement will be sent to the address indicated within a period of 48 hours from request. This new service covers all products that have been sold since the past 1 July 2013, both analog and based on IP networks, except accessories, keyboard drivers and monitors.
“We have set out to help professional security installers to achieve new business opportunities, as well as building loyalty among its current customers - Rou points out -. in itself, This extension of our warranty terms is important, but it also complements the multiple value-added services we offer, which include free system design., technical assistance and training”.
The procedures that installers and customers must follow to return defective or problem units are available in the web of the company.
For Jason Rou, This new service arises from “the collaboration with our distribution network, thanks to which we know first-hand what is truly important to our clients. Proof of this has been the recent launch of our range of full HD WiseNetIII IP cameras from 2 megapixels, “which incorporates what users and installers considered as ‘indispensable’ features for Samsung Techwin high definition IP network cameras to become the preferred choice”.
