Samsung Techwin and IProNet unite technologies for the development of video surveillance as a service

In order to develop new network video services (VaaS), Samsung Techwin and IProNet have signed a technology agreement to offer 'cloud' video surveillance systems.

The network video systems provider Samsung Techwin has signed an agreement with IProNet, IP video specialist in the 'cloud' combine their technological expertise in digital security to develop video technologies as a service (VaaS). This is one of the first agreements of this kind that the Korean multinational signs with a provider from another country, in this case Spanish, and one of the few alliances in video surveillance focused on VaaS.

IProNet develops IP video solutions that allow connecting surveillance cameras to the 'cloud', from where they offer all kinds of services, desde videovigilancia como tal a lectura de matrículas, recuento de personas o analíticas para múltiples sectores de negocio (retail, transport, education,…).

El software de videovigilancia en ‘la nube’ de IPronet permite gestionar redes de monitorización sin necesidad de personal técnico, ni instalación de servidores físico, así como realizar el procesado y la gestión del vídeo, ya que permite adaptar cualquier cualquier dispositivo de videovigilancia, analógico y digital.

Con este acuerdo, ambas compañías podrán ofrecer numerosos servicios a entornos verticales y pymes, ya que los dispositivos de videovigilancia de Samsung Techwin pueden integrarse en la tecnología de IProNet para ofrecer una solución completa de seguridad de vídeo como servicio.
