The HD Tour 2012 from Samsung Techwin and Beta Cavi successfully kicks off in Barcelona
Luca Vittorio Cappelletti, Sales and Marketing Manager Europe at Beta Cavi, and Pablo Soto, Presales and Technical Manager- Spain and Portugal at Samsung, have been responsible for carrying out the technical training. According to Cappelletti, “it is necessary for installers to know the possibilities of BetaCavi cables in Full HD video surveillance solutions- SDI because it is the only way to ensure that the signal from the cameras reaches the recorders and monitors perfectly.”
For your part, Pablo Soto has shown how easy it is to adapt an analog installation to Full HD, thanks to Samsung solutions. “HD-SDI is a technological alternative to be considered by the various sectors that provide video surveillance solutions along with HD-IP solutions, Full HD-IP and Analog. Depending on the needs of each market sector, one solution or the other can be chosen. With HD-SDI, coming from the broadcast world and having been adapted to the world of video surveillance, an important step has been taken towards the highest image quality both in live viewing and in its storage.
