Panasonic will show at SICUR 2012 the new I-Pro SmartHD mini dome IP cameras

From 28 from February to 2 March, IFEMA brings together the security sector at the SICUR fair 2012, which Panasonic will take advantage of to showcase the new i-Pro SmartHD mini dome IP cameras, models WV-SW152 and WV-SW155, the ideal IP solution for transportation, mobile and onboard systems.

Panasonic will be present at SICUR 2012 with the new i-Pro SmartHD mini dome IP cameras, models WV-SW152 and WV-SW155, which have been designed according to the highest levels of reliability characteristic of Panasonic. The Mega Super Dynamic face recognition and dynamic range technologies, guarantee clarity and proper focus of facial images, which will be recorded to ensure consistent identification in all circumstances.

The face recognition function of the SW155 camera allows, when the camera captures the face of a suspect, XML data is automatically sent to trigger an alarm , by using a compatible IP video recorder, such as the WJ-ND200, to alert security personnel. This feature provides an exceptional advantage to the security team, enhancing surveillance monitoring tasks, while also increasing efficiency and significantly reducing costs.

The entire range of SF132 mini-domes, SF135, SW152 and SW155, are compatible with the ONVIF standard. The SF135 and SW155 models provide HD images at 720p up to 30 ips ; besides, as the cameras incorporate Panasonic UniPhier technology, It is possible to perform simultaneous H.264 and JPEG video transmissions in real time to be stored via high-definition recording.

The management of priority allocation for transmissions allows giving higher priority to a specific video transmission, so that, when multiple recorders and client PCs access the camera at the same time, the transmission speed remains constant and the quality of service is ensured, thus guaranteeing maximum security and continuity.

Maximum levels of reliability

The wide coverage of the SW155 camera ensures precise recording in selected areas, offering a horizontal view of 104° and a vertical view of 85°. This coverage, combined with the feature that allows creating up to 2 private zones in, For example, windows or entrances / Departures, makes the SW155 dome the perfect solution for challenging locations where surveillance is required.

Thanks to these latest additions to Panasonic's range of IP security and video products, the range of mini domes is expanded to 12 models, with 9 of which some are vandal-resistant, for both indoor and outdoor applications: SF132, SF135, SW152, SW155, SF332, SF335, SF336, SF342, SF346, SW352, SW355 and NW502.
