RDI completes the project of the new control center in a Barcelona town hall

The company has supplied and integrated its LAN V2 consoles, along with the videowalls for the rooms in this space, designed and customized to control and monitor all the CCTV infrastructure deployed in the area.

The new control center of a municipal entity located in the province of Barcelona, designed to control and monitor all the security infrastructure distributed in its area of operation, has two operational rooms, a crisis room, an office for the director and a study.

Roomdimensions Ibérica (RDI) was responsible for supplying equipment in this project, whose space has been organized with its new LAN V2 console, customized to adapt to the requirements of the control room and the work of the thirty operators, improving the technical capacity of the teams and the management of connectivity and cabling, together with ergonomic elements.

At an audiovisual level, two videowalls from the company Belba Barco, partner of RDI, with identical characteristics and dimensions, configured in 6×2 with 55” LCD screens of the KVD5521 model.

These display systems 25/7 to monitor the security and surveillance systems deployed in the municipality have been integrated with the Milestone security management software.

The CGM operations room, with a total area of 44,81 m², has four operator stations with 49” visual systems and one of the aforementioned videowalls. For your part, the crisis room, of 21,47 m² and workstations for eight operators, dispone de dos tótem audiovisuales dotados con pantallas LCD de 55”.

En la sala operativa GU, of 84,75 m² trabajan ocho operadores y un supervisor, también con sistemas visuales de 49” en la consola LAN V2, y en la que se ha instalado el segundo videowall de Barco.
