ProdexTec brings the Takex PR-30BE infrared detector with ToF technology to the Iberian market

This model combines the performance of a traditional point-to-point beam sensor, with the convenience of a single-ended PIR detector.

The new PR-30BE infrared detector from Takex, available for commercialization in the markets of Spain and Portugal through ProdexTec, It has a reflective beam sensor 30 meters with ToF technology (Time of Flight), to determine the detection distance with high precision.

Thanks to this technology, The system measures both the level of light reception and the time it takes to reach its destination, which results in the neutralization of false alarms produced by highly reflective objects.

As it is a single-ended infrared barrier, PR-30BE can be used when, due to environmental problems or installation costs, conventional beams cannot be mounted (from point to point), requiring power at both ends.

Its size is similar to the double beam ones, but with several features inherited from the PB-IN and PXB series. This model includes environmental monitoring, that optimizes performance to adapt to varying conditions.

PR-30BE also includes response time adjustment, horizontal adjustment of +/-90 degrees and vertical +/- 5 degrees, and a newly redesigned reflector assembly for a minimum operating distance of just 0,5 m.
