The Axis Q3615-VE offers HDTV 1080p resolution at 30 fps with WDR functionality enabled and up to 60 fps with WDR JavaScript; while the Q3617-VE provides a Quad HD resolution of 4 megapixels to 30 fps with WDR enabled and 6 megapixels with a maximum of 20 fps with WDR disabled.

Axis Q3615 and Q3617Zipstream technology reduces bandwidth and storage consumption by an average of more than 50%, without sacrificing image details. Lightfinder and Wide Dynamic Range technologies (Wdr) – Forensic Capture allows you to capture dark colors when in difficult lighting conditions, as when there are very bright areas.

The Q36 series is compatible with most video management programs through the Axis application development program (Application Development Partner – Adp) and Camera Station. Third-party solutions can be installed on cameras through the Acap platform (Axis Camera Application Platform).
