As Vice President of Retail for Continental Europe, Ricardo Arroyo will be responsible for the electronic item surveillance business and strengthen the customer portfolio of in-store performance solutions (Store Performance Solutions-SPS) by Tyco IF&S.

Ricardo Arroyo Vice President Retail TycoTyco Integrated Fire & Security has appointed Ricardo Arroyo as Vice President of Retail for continental Europe. In his new position, Arroyo to Focus on Building and Strengthening Tyco's Retail Business Portfolio, to meet the changing needs of the sector to combat theft, improve warehouse and inventory operations and stay ahead of changes in purchasing habits.

He will also be responsible for strengthening the electronic item surveillance business. (Eas) and strengthen the customer base of in-store performance solutions (Store Performance Solutions-SPS) company.

“The experience, Ricardo's professionalism and business acumen positions him perfectly to drive the development of our retail business across Europe. Business intelligence and real-time analytics are growing needs for retail professionals, and it remains our priority to provide them with platforms and solutions that address these needs”, says Roland Billeter, president of Tyco IF&S Continental Europe.

His relationship with Tyco dates back to the year 2000 and since then he has held various positions within the retail sector, including the Managing Director responsible for the Sensormatic business unit and, subsequently, Director of Strategic Retail Accounts. More recently, he has held the position of President for Spain and Portugal and was named Tyco's EU Manager of the Year for the performance of his team. Before joining Tyco, Ricardo held different positions of responsibility in companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Price Waterhouse and General Electric.

Ricardo Arroyo has a degree in Economics from the European Business Institution of Madrid, he also holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from Kennedy-Western University of California. (Used) and in Business Administration, specializing in finance, by the University of Wales (Uk).
