New design of Samsung PTZ dome cameras

Samsung PTZ domes are now smaller, lighter and, consequently, easier to install.

The new design of the five PTZ domes of Samsung has made them smaller, lighter and with a more modern image.

Peter Ainsworth, Senior Product Manager de Samsung Techwin Europe, recognizes that “our design engineers are always looking for ways to improve the aesthetics of our products and the redesigned dome cameras have, sin duda, a more modern appearance. Being smaller and lighter, they are also easier to install”.

The five domes offer an ideal solution for any application where PTZ dome cameras are needed. Customers have a wide range of choices among these models, which have been designed for both indoor and outdoor use, such as the 27x or 37x zoom option. Besides, The high-end models are equipped with dynamic range expansion technology (WDR), ideal for locations where high-contrast lighting conditions may exist.

The new reference numbers for the redesigned models are: SCP-2271H (which replaces the SCP-2270H model); SCP-2271 (which replaces the SCP-2270 model); SCP-2371H (which replaces the SCP-2370H model); SCP-3371H (which replaces the SCP-3370H model); and SCP-3371 (which replaces the SCP-3370 model).
