Automatic video verification of Visual Tools equipment with Manitou

The manufacturer of digital video recording and transmission products for the professional market, Visual Tools, and Bold Europe, a company specialized in developing tools to facilitate alarm management in control centers, have developed a new integration so that the Manitou system automatically receives video alarms from the recorders.

Visual Tools y Bold Europe will collaborate again to extend the level of integration that Visual Tools recording equipment had on the Manitou platform and thus adapt to the new private security regulations, specifically, to the ministerial order on video verification. Manitou is a package for automating control centers that increases their efficiency and reduces training thanks to its easy and familiar Windows-based interface.

The level of integration of Manitou with Visual Tools equipment allowed (y permite) viewing live video on user request, viewing live video when an alarm is received, reading the status of digital inputs and outputs, interacting with digital outputs, moving domes (PTZ) and also receiving alarms with images, although only via email.

Now, the necessary integration has been developed so that the Manitou system automatically receives video alarms from video recorders manufactured by Visual Tools.
