Visual Tools shown at SICUR 2014 its commitment to IP video surveillance for distributed installations

The AX-TV IP decoder, The NVX IP video recorder and the AX-PeCo people counting software are the main novelties with which Visual Tools attended the International Security Show 2014 highlighting its offer in solutions for network video surveillance.

As specialists in video transmission and management, Visual Tools it attended the fair with various proposals and solutions for recording, monitoring, management and even IP people counting.

Among the novelties presented at its stand is the wireless video decoder for IP cameras AX-TV, selected for its innovative character to be part of the New Products Gallery SICUR 2014.

AX-TV allows viewing on a television via HDMI up to 16 cámaras IP de Axis instaladas en la propia red local o a través de Internet. Permite ahorrar el coste de un PC, proporciona una gran calidad de imagen, permite adaptarse a los diferentes anchos de banda limitando la resolución de entrada del vídeo e incorpora una API de integración que permite configurar y gestionar las vistas mostradas en el descodificador desde un software de terceros.

AX-TV funciona con las cámaras IP de Axis, pero también es compatible con los grabadores VX de Visual Tools, lo que le convierte en un complemento de monitorización muy conveniente para instalaciones híbridas o instalaciones que están dando el salto al IP desde una infraestructura analógica.

Grabador de vídeo IP NVX

Entre sus soluciones para grabación de cámaras IP, Visual Tools mostró su nuevo equipo NVX, un grabador de vídeo IP autónomo de 4 canales, with real-time recording capability (25 ips), Full HD resolution (1080p), hard drive of 1 Tb and web interface for access via TCP/IP.

In combination with the network video surveillance software Supervisor X, allows any user to access and manage live and recorded video images from multiple distributed network cameras, and process and manage the obtained information in an extremely easy and transparent way.

Supervisor X allows remote connection via TCP/IP of multiple Axis cameras with Edge Storage technology (recording on SD card or on network drive) to carry out remote monitoring and centralized management: receive and manage live video; access, play back, record and export recorded video; manage users and their access to cameras; remotely access cameras to view their configuration; check the status of cameras and manage maintenance rounds; receive alarm notifications and associated images; consult and manage the event archive, and perform local recordings and export video.

IP People Counting

Focused on vertical markets such as retail, together with the people counter with integrated camera PeCo1, Visual Tools presented at the Salon the AX-PeCo, its new people counting software for Axis IP cameras, intended for establishments with public traffic such as stores, public buildings or transportation.

AX-PeCo is licensed software that, when integrated into an Axis network camera, turns it into a precise and versatile people counter.

With AX-PeCo, the camera counts, records the data and stores it locally in real time and automatically. That is, the camera itself performs the counting, recording, and storage of the collected data without needing to use a PC.

Access to the counting data, which refreshes every 5 seconds, is done via web browser, but to access the counting cameras of different establishments and create graphs of the data, trend analysis, and distribution curves, clients can use the PeCo-Graph software, aplicación gratuita que también es compatible con los equipos de conteo PeCo1 y VX-PeCo de la empresa.
