Axis Communications has launched the S3008 recorder, an ultra high definition recording solution, easy to install and compatible with Axis Companion video management software.

This recorder incorporates an integrated PoE switch for up to 8 cameras and a special hard drive for surveillance applications, as well as a Gigabit-capable upload link for ultra-high definition video recordings. And being encrypted ensures that data is protected.

Facilitates the integration of other recorders and Axis devices. For example, it is possible to add networked speakers to communicate with staff and deter intruders, or network video intercoms for audiovisual identification and remote entry control.

S3008 recorder allows you to access video images from anywhere thanks to Axis Secure Remote Access technology.
