Mexican financial entity guarantees the security of its new building with artificial intelligence

An important Mexican financial company has located its new headquarters in the heart of the country's business center, and to ensure the security of the building, Artificial Intelligence has been implemented.

More than 250 IP cameras have been installed inside, accesos, perimeter and exterior areas. Beyond security, They also include facial recognition and license plate reading cameras to know which people and vehicles access their facilities.

Inside, a hundred fixed mini-dome IP cameras from Scati have been installed, offering high image quality thanks to their 2 MP (SEM-3511VR1-XYA2) and more than 50 Fisheye cameras of up to 6 MP with indoor audio and video (SEM-3701NR-EAO).

The protection of the installation is completed with 16 Scati IP Bullet cameras (SEC-3611NR-XMA2) which offer high image quality of up to 4 MP, incluso en condiciones de baja iluminación, thanks to their integrated infrared illuminators and the installation of 12 Fixed mini-dome IP cameras (SEM-3511NVR-X2) of 2 MP.

Facial recognition

The facial recognition system that has been installed identifies workers and other people who access the building and automatically sends an alarm to the control center to activate the corresponding action protocol if necessary.

From Fenix, the professional video exploitation and management tool from Scati, it is possible to bulk upload images of faces and the data of the people with whom the facial recognition system will work.

This video solution allows you to create, update and centrally manage multiple lists with thousands of faces each.

Subsequently, it allows forensic searches by faces or names (if they have been previously registered) de los empleados o de cualquier otra persona para obtener información y datos sobre sus accesos y salidas del edificio, e incluso clasificar la afluencia de personas por género, edad y/o lista por intervalo de tiempo.

Parking y perímetro

Para controlar el acceso y salidas de vehículos al parking se han instalado ocho sistemas de reconocimiento de placas de vehículos (SDL-3511VR-XYM2-LPR) con apertura automática de barrera en caso que el sistema reconozca la matricula.

La solución permite la consulta por fecha, hora y/o matrícula de cualquier vehículo que acceda a la instalación, incluso permitiendo visualizar una imagen del momento en el que se acceda e incluso generar informes.

Para cubrir la seguridad del área perimetral se ha dotado a la infraestructura de seis cámaras IP Domo PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom), que ofrecen una resolución de imagen de 2 MP e incorporan iluminadores infrarrojos, capaces de cubrir hasta 150 meters away. Con protección IP66 estas cámaras son idóneas para la protección de exteriores.

Sistemas de grabación

Cuatro plataformas de grabación son necesarias para gestionar las imágenes procedentes de las más de 250 installed cameras, uno de ellos con tecnología deep learning incorporada.

Para la gestión de cámaras convencionales se han incorporado tres plataformas de grabación de la gama Pro Scati Fenix (FN9-1264-R16), capaces de gestionar hasta 64 canales cada una con resoluciones de hasta 12 MP and 128 TB de almacenamiento.

La gestión de los sistemas de reconocimiento facial se hace a través de un videograbador de la serie Dee plearning de Scati Fenix (FN9i-1264-R16). Estas plataformas de grabación inteligentes incorporan analítica de reconocimiento facial de hasta 24 dispositivos simultáneamente y permiten controlar decenas de listas con cientos de miles de rostros.

La gestión centralizada de todos los sistemas se realiza a través del sistema de gestión centralizada Scati Fenix Ultimate + con capacidad para administrar hasta 3.000 cameras, cien clientes, así como el ancho de banda.

El servidor dispone de fail-over hardware y redundancia software para garantizar el funcionamiento del sistema 24/7 y capacidad de sincronziación ante posibles cortes de red.

Basado en un modelo cliente-servidor, Fenix ofrece un sistema que gestiona, administra y ejecuta las tareas de seguridad diariamente.
