The system Remote Assistant of Scati proporciona una gestión segura e interactiva a través de un tótem digital instalado en puntos estratégicos, desde el que los usuarios pueden establecer una videollamada directa con un operador del centro de control con solo pulsar un botón.
La gestión se realiza desde la plataforma centralizada Scati Sentry, que permite a los operadores atender la llamada, visualizar al usuario, consultar planos, acceder a las cámaras de vigilancia del entorno y activar funciones asociadas a la atención o a la seguridad.
