The Clínico Hospital of Barcelona improves the service in the ICU with Axis IP solutions

The Full HD cameras and network I/O modules from this security manufacturer allow optimal monitoring of the rooms in the Intensive Care Unit of this center.

The objective of this project at the Clínico Hospital of Barcelona (HCB) con las soluciones de Axis Communications was to provide a safer care process through the creation of an automated environment in potential risk situations, in addition to the dynamic distribution of information and the application of good clinical practices.

For this, the rooms of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of this hospital center are equipped with Axis network Full HD cameras of the P55 PTZ model, together with network I/O modules and the C2005 network speaker solution also from the manufacturer, which provide audio for background music and live and scheduled messages.

The installation of these solutions allows optimal monitoring of the ICU rooms in the Hospital Clínico de Barcelona, which is considered one of the best reference healthcare centers in Spain and even internationally, with a long tradition in research and innovation, state the security company.
