Axis P5415-E: PTZ dome for city and perimeter video surveillance that integrates aesthetically into the facade

La cámara Axis P5415-E PTZ Dome Network es el último lanzamiento de la nueva línea de sistemas de videovigilancia fijos de exterior, diseñada estéticamente para integrarse con las fachadas de los edificios y su aplicación en videovigilancia ciudadana y perimetral en localizaciones como parkings o patios.

Axis Communications ha presentado la segunda cámara de su serie P54, compuesta por sistemas PTZ adheribles directamente a la pared sin necesidad de usar un brazo de montaje, lo que permite su sencilla instalación y adaptación estética (incluso puede pintarse) con la fachada del edificio, sin necesidad de mantenimiento, para facilitar la videovigilancia ciudadana y perimetral.

El nuevo modelo P5415-E, un domo PTZ que integra un zoom óptico de 18x, cuenta con un sistema de rotación e inclinación automático de 270º (horizontal/vertical) muy resistente y sin piezas mecánicas, ya que no existen piezas mecánicas, sino que la cámara está conectada a un eje motriz con dos motores: uno para el movimiento panorámico (horizontal) y otro para la inclinación (vertical).

A ello añade un sensor de imagen muy sensible a la luz, mayor que otras cámaras HDTV 1.080p PTZ, para ofrecer una calidad de imagen nítida y sin ruido en condiciones de baja luminosidad.

Al igual que el modelo recientemente presentado Axis P5414-E con HDTV 720p, el modelo P5415-E tiene un parasol integrado, designed so that its removal is easy if the user needs to paint the camera to match the color of the wall where it is installed. Axis P5415-E has a concealed connection box with two-way audio, four configurable inputs/outputs for external devices, a memory card slot, and the option to use 24 V DC or Power over Ethernet Plus (IEEE 802.3af)

Thanks to its rotation capacity of up to 270º, it can also be installed in the corners of a building using the specific bracket for that type of locations. The P5415-E camera supports Advanced Gatekeeper, which allows it to move vertically automatically, as well as zoom if motion is detected in a predefined area.

This new model also features Main Profile H.264 support, which provides efficient video compression to maintain image quality, while minimizing bandwidth use and storage space.
