Migration to IP

The adoption of IP technology is growing rapidly thanks to the recognition of its many advantages by government companies and institutions, that are considering migrating from their current analogue system to an IP-based video surveillance system. There are currently several ways to migrate from analogue systems to IP technology, but most of them include hybrid encoders and recorders that only allow you to move from standard definition analogue installations (Sd) to IP systems exclusively based on the SD format. To meet market demand, Sony offers IPELA Hybrid camera, you can migrate from analog SD systems to IP-based HD systems.

Sony has also released its new generation of cameras, the G6, incorporating 'IPELA ENGINE' technology, capable of achieving, for the first time in the industry, a wide dynamic range of 130db with Full HD quality at 30 frames per second, which, consequently, dramatically increases image visibility. This level of image quality, the industry's highest, comes true by combining Sony's new integrated signal processing system that achieves high image quality and its new "Exmor" CMOS image sensor that has further accelerated signal reading and improved noise reduction.
