Risco Group integrates access control to its LightSYS+ alarm system

The new professional LightSYS+ solution from Risco Group integrates alarm, access control and video to provide flexible coverage for small and medium commercial installations.

With access control, Risco LightSYS+ is a hybrid and certified solution that offers security installers a new business opportunity to manage company staff access rights, combined with its alarm system.

The installation of integrated access control with LightSYS+ does not require controllers and can be expanded until 32 doors and 500 users. This solution adapts to the budgets and needs of small and medium commercial installations, as it eliminates the complexity of combining a standalone access system with the alarm, reducing costs.

The installation and configuration of this access control solution is quick and easy, as it is based on the tools available in the alarm system (assigning a key to the user and the partition, and installing a card reader on the Bus) using Risco configuration software or the keypad.

The Risco access control reader, integrated with the LightSYS+ security system is designed to manage and monitor user access to different areas and doors of a facility. In addition to the reader, the doors can be equipped with other devices, such as magnetic contacts, door relays and motion detectors.

This solution allows connecting up to 32 lectores de accesos al panel mediante comunicación RS485, de manera que el sistema de seguridad pueda controlar igual número de puertas. A ello se añade la definición de tiempos flexibles para determinar cuándo los usuarios pueden acceder a las puertas.

LightSYS+ con control de accesos también admite entradas para el pulsador de apertura y la función de protección de puerta forzada, además de disponer de 2.000 registros de eventos dedicados.
