Mobotix continues to reaffirm its presence in the Iberian market with a multiple bet in the region. The impact of the business, both in Spain and Portugal, has established itself as a strong point within the company that has wanted to boost other madrid-based markets.
In this way, Alfredo Gutierrez, who until now was Iberia Regional Sales Manager, has extended its responsibility to Italy and Malta. Also, the delegation in Madrid had to expand its facilities to accompany the growing activity that had been taking place in recent years.
The number of partners and customers of the company on the peninsula has been growing in such a way that an extensive network has been consolidated that, turn, he's feedback.
Thanks to the Mobotix open source platform 7, the development of applications and software by technology partners has driven, in addition to an increase in ad hoc solutions, the creation of a regional Hub to provide based on this platform 'Made in Germany'.
Both partners and customers can develop their own applications for specific requirements and integrate them into this open platform, expanded with the new S74 camera recently unveiled on the market.
New construction facilities will allow Mobotix to consolidate not only as a technology development hub, but also as a training centre, that already has spaces enabled to bring together all companies interested in getting to know the solutions better and perform customized developments on demand from customers with the full support of the team.

After months of construction and conditioning, the opening of this new space has been postponed by COVID-19. However, once past the pandemic, an official presentation will be made with all the stakeholders of the company.
