Kepler and Mobotix NurseAssist

The AI-based NurseAssist solution from Kepler Vision y Mobotix allows monitoring and providing greater care to patients in senior and care centers, thanks to the improvements of the c71 smart sensor.

Kepler Vision Technologies y Mobotix have updated the solution NurseAssist, so that the c71 smart sensor can detect behavioral anomalies more accurately and improve the accuracy that reduces false alarms. The NurseAssist sensors continue to comply with GDPR and HIPAA regulations, which protects the privacy of patients and residents while ensuring their safety.

After the launch of NurseAssist, the first joint solution from Kepler Vision Technologies and Mobotix in November 2023, the new update expands the functions of the fall detector, which can be used in hospitals, care centers for the elderly or psychiatric clinics. False alarms can be reduced in a 90% compared to conventional systems.

With the new software update for the c71 Kepler Nurse Assist, the camera can also recognize if a patient is sitting or lying on the floor, if they want to leave the room or enter the bathroom, and if they are on the edge of the bed and need support or not.

Besides, it can distinguish if a client has fallen to the floor or is sitting on it, and bed recognition failures can be notified, por ejemplo cuando una grúa de pacientes bloquea la visión.
