VIA Technologies develops a security system for buses and coaches

The Mobile360 M810 model makes it easier to incorporate ADAS functions and helps reduce the risk of accidents in large vehicles.

The manufacturer VIA Technologies, represented in Spain and Portugal by Anatronic, has its new Mobile360 M810 system available that, in addition to facilitating the installation of advanced safety functions, aims to help reduce the risk of accidents in large vehicles such as buses and coaches.

Benefiting from artificial intelligence technologies (IA) and computer vision, VIA Mobile360 M810 supports a wide range of driver assistance systems (ADAS), including forward collision warning (FCW), blind spot detection and lane keeping assistance, which provide real-time alerts to the driver so they can act accordingly and avoid a possible accident.

Mobile360 M810 also supports dynamic detection of moving objects and the intelligent parking assistance system using a FOV-190° rear-view camera.

Besides, and to improve driver attention, this system can be configured with VIA Mobile360 DMS technology (Driver monitoring system), which detects if the driver drifts out of their lane or becomes drowsy and distracted, and also uses facial recognition technology.
