More features, capacity and reliability characterize the new version 3.3 of scalable Access Professional Edition software (APE), developed by Bosch Security Systems for small and medium-sized enterprises, which now supports a network up to 512 readers and 64 plants to facilitate management for managers of larger buildings or facilities.

APE 3.3 integrates into the XProtect VMS of Milestone, so that to manage video verification, as well as bosch access readers and controllers, security operators need nothing more than milestone's software interface, which also means a saving in licenses by the additional video channels.

With the enhanced SDK, developers can integrate third-party functionality, as cardholder information, door control, employee time monitoring and attendance, and even payroll systems. Once this data is incorporated, are available throughout the system, in the built-in functions and can be managed through the user interface of the APE software 3.3.

Added to this is OSDP v2 support, enables advanced encrypted communication between readers and drivers, so security officers can connect APE 3.3 securely with existing Bosch or third-party equipment.

Two-way communication, encrypted and secure, makes it easy to monitor readers and drivers to ensure correct functionality, providing greater protection and security throughout the building.
