D-Link integrates IP video surveillance into the first smart gigabit switches with Onvif detection
The new DGS-1100-MP range of switches offers higher Power Budget for Ethernet wired power to network cameras, IP phones and Wi-Fi access points, as well as optimized integration thanks to AutoSurveillance VLAN and AutoVoice VLAN functions for IP convergence in SMBs.
D-Link has introduced the range of managed switches Smart Gigabit Surveillance PoE + (DGS-1100-MP), a solution for SMBs and SOHOs when integrating IP video surveillance systems into network electronics, since they are the first compatible with the standard interface of IP security solutions -Onvif-, which guarantees an optimal installation of IP cameras, regardless of manufacturer.
With different options in Gigabit and SFP port density, its PoE+ ports and AutoSurveillance VLAN and AutoVoice VLAN functions, to integrate and prioritize network cameras and IP voice phones respectively, DGS-1100-MP switches are designed to deploy video surveillance and IP telephony networks with maximum flexibility.
The DGS-1100-MP management web interface, with an intuitive design, Provides easy access to network topology configuration (With 'Surveillance' or 'Smart Switch' modes to adapt to each environment); Bandwidth information; PoE port status; connected devices and PoE Budget, Onvif camera detection, Etc.
The DGS-1100-MP switch range consists of two models: DGS-1100-10MP (Smart Gigabit Switch, 8p gigabit PoE+ and 2p SFP) and DGS-1100-26MP (Smart Gigabit Switch, 24p gigabit PoE+ y 2p SFP combo).
