Thirty-two Sony cameras provide the infrastructure for the IP video surveillance solution that Loon Fung has deployed at the supermarket located in a London shopping mall in Stratford.

Loon Fung supermarket has supplied oriental food to shops, restaurants and customers in wholesale self-service establishments across London. In its new establishment, located in a stratford shopping mall that opened in 2014, has installed a Sony video surveillance solution to monitor the store, the warehouse and the cash box area.

For your new store, Loon Fung needed a solid video system, that offered the highest quality surveillance and supervised every corner of the facility. It also had to be discreet and that it would integrate with the devices that it already had, while being able to provide panoramic shots of the store and capture the activity of all facilities including, In addition, the office, the warehouse, the kitchen and food production area.

To respond to these challenges, this retailer bet on IP video surveillance, leaving behind the analog solutions he had used up to that point. The integrator responsible for the project was Sound and Safe who chose the security technology of Sony. Milestone Xprotect Professional has been the supplier of the applications.

For the realization of the projects, facilities have been set up 30 Full HD and HD cameras, including minidome indoor and outdoor equipment. This way, this mall has 13 SNC-EM600 systems, 12 SNC-XM632, two CNSs- EM602R, as well as three equipment corresponding to the SNC-VM600 models, SNC-VM602R and SNC-HM662.

Sony camera-independent streaming delivers high-definition streams without the need for a high-powered server in place, which means they can offer multiple transmission streams for monitoring while performing motion detection across all facilities.

Ipela Engine EX signal processing system and Exmor CMOS sensor used in Sony cameras make images clearer, sharp and detailed. These technologies work together to provide high-quality, easy-to-review video content in all lighting conditions, either sparse or in complex backlight situations.
