Network recorders with Plustek Security's EasyLink remote access feature

In order to facilitate easy remote access, without complicated network and DDNS configurations, the new X840P and X880P network video recorders from the Plustek Security division integrate the EasyLink function to improve video surveillance tasks.

The new NVRs from the Plustek Security division Plustek Security, models X840P and X880P, are standalone network recording systems that integrate the EasyLink function for simpler and more efficient remote access, which the company officially presented in London during the recent Ifsec security event 2014.

Thanks to the EasyLink function, there is no need to perform complicated network and DDNS configurations, which allows any company to easily install an HD video surveillance system without high costs and without the need for expert IT knowledge. By connecting the NVR, real-time images can be viewed and recordings can be accessed remotely, as well as through Plustek's mobile application.

Another of the innovations from the Taiwanese manufacturer are the mobile video recorders (MVR), with the VX-C540 and C580 models, which offer an all-in-one recording solution for mobile and vehicle surveillance, as they come with an integrated 3G/4G module and high-speed WiFi/HotSpot for real-time monitoring and storage even when the network infrastructure is not available.

During this event, Plustek also showed professionals the features of its compact SecuScan X150 scanner for passports, which processes travel and identification documents in just one second, until 500 ppi under infrared and ultraviolet lights.
