El CEO y fundador de Mobotix AG, Ralf Hinkel, cede la presidencia a Magnus Ekerot

El hasta ahora director de ventas de Mobotix AG, Magnus Ekerot, será a partir del próximo 1 de octubre presidente de la junta directiva de la compañía, tras la cesión de este cargo realizada por su fundador y CEO, Ralf Hinkel.

El fabricante alemán de sistemas de red de videovigilancia Mobotix AG cambiará, por primera vez en la historia de la compañía, al presidente de su junta directiva, que será efectivo el próximo 1 October.

El CEO y fundador de Mobotix AG, así como accionista mayoritario de la compañía, Ralf Hinkel, cede por motivos personales el cargo de presidente de la junta directiva al hasta ahora director de ventas, Magnus Ekerot.

Como ha explicado Ralf Hinkel, “cediendo la presidencia de la junta directiva a Ekerot llevo a cabo el cambio al frente de nuestra empresa que ya anuncié en septiembre de 2010, con motivo de su incorporación a Mobotix AG, and that we have been preparing for some time.

Since joining Mobotix AG two years ago, Magnus Ekerot has successfully led a greater internationalization of the company's distribution structure, especially with the introduction of the Global Partner Network.

For your part, Ralf Hinkel will remain connected to the company as the majority shareholder, thus exerting a decisive influence on its strategy and product development. The founder of Mobotix AG has also emphasized that, currently, there are no ongoing negotiations for the sale of his shares and it is also not his intention to put them up for sale.
