The Spanish company Vaelsys exports its image analysis technology to Latin America

El especialista español en análisis de imagen Vaelsys ha exportado su saber hacer al mercado latinoamericano, donde ha instalado su sistema ViFence Analytics en un complejo residencial de Argentina.

Vaelsys, desarrollador español de sistemas de análisis de imagen, ha finalizado un proyecto de seguridad en el complejo residencial Arboris, situado en la localidad argentina de Las Lomas de San Isidro, en colaboración con su partner local Daclem.

El proyecto de seguridad en Arboris, complejo gestionado por Administración del Norte, una compañía muy reconocida en este país, se basa en diecisiete cámaras de videovigilancia con el sistema de procesamiento de imágenes ViFence Analytics de Vaelsys.

The ViFence Analytics system installed by Daclem on the cameras aims to ensure the security of this residential development, which has, among other services, more than 25.000 m2 of green spaces, sports facilities, business center, microcinema, etc. within a perimeter of 800 metros.

To prevent loitering, unauthorized access and suspicious behavior, the company Administración del Norte decided to contact Daclem, specialized in security and video surveillance, to install a system that would guarantee quality for its visitors and residents.

The installed solution, Vaelsys ViFence Analytics, is based on processing the images captured by the cameras in order to automatically detect intrusions, etc. as well as vehicle entries and exits.

The entire perimeter is monitored by detection zones that notify the facility's security personnel of any unusual event. With ViFence Analytics, false alarms are minimized, by being able to set parameters that recognize the objects to detect, whether people or vehicles, through minimum and maximum times and sizes, control zones and areas.

The system is also configured so that, at the moment an event occurs, an alert with a video clip is received on the security department monitors allowing a rapid response.

For Luciano Defelice, managing partner of Administración del Norte, 'With ViFence we have increased control over the entire perimeter', watching important events in real time and thus increasing the efficiency of security personnel.

Carolina Caballero, marketing manager of Vaelsys, also points out that 'Arboris has achieved greater security and perimeter control, speeded up incident response time, reduced personnel costs and monitoring time'.
