D-Link launches the first Cloud cameras for outdoors in homes and SMEs
D-Link, global provider of networking and communications solutions for consumers and businesses, has launched the first Cloud cameras for outdoors in domestic environments and small offices -models DCS-2332L and DCS-2310L-, that allow you to see the exterior of the home or business from the iPhone/iPad/Android, regardless of weather conditions.
D-Link has just increased its portfolio of Cloud cameras with the DCS-2332L model, that incorporates Wi-Fi N connectivity, and the DCS-2310L, with similar characteristics but with PoE power (Power Over Ethernet). Both cameras stand out for being the first in the mydlink Cloud range (access to camera image and sound from any iPhone mobile device, iPad o Android) prepared for outdoors, since they have IP65 certification, meaning they are completely sealed and protected from dust or rain. mydlink Cloud functionality allows you to manage cameras and access live images and sound from any computer with an Internet connection, or from any smartphone or tablet with iOS or Android with the free “mydlink lite” application.
The D-Link DCS-2332L Cloud Camera has Wi-Fi connectivity, making it ideal for places where it is difficult to have a wired data connection (For example, in a shed or garage). La DCS-2310L, for his part, thanks to PoE support (Power Over Ethernet), can receive power and data through network cable, being a perfect solution for places where electricity is not available.

Both integrate infrared for night vision and motion sensors. It is also possible to activate the sending of images by email for a scheduled time or when motion is detected.
In addition to being able to record images to a network video recorder (For example, D-Link DNR-322L), Both cameras have a microSD card slot for local recording. These new D-Link cameras come with Zero Configuration feature, that automatically configures and synchronizes cameras once connected to a D-Link router.
