With more than 15 years of experience in the company, Neo has developed a career that combines technological knowledge, management capacity and outstanding proximity to the professional channel. Graduated in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and with a master's degree in Business Intelligence from Zhejiang University (China), He began his career at Hikvision as a pre-sales engineer for Europe, before joining the European key accounts team.

Over the years, has assumed positions of increasing responsibility, recently holding the position of Channel director in Iberia. From this role, has led the development of the partner ecosystem, distributors and integrators, promoting Hikvision's positioning as a reference in intelligent video surveillance and advanced analytics solutions.
