Hexagon A8V Mind offers accurate mobile surveillance for outdoor areas

The Geosystems division of Hexagon has developed a portable version of its Accur8vision detection system, called A8V Mind; An all-in-one outdoor solution that provides flexible surveillance of critical infrastructure and objects.

Accur8vision of Hexagon is a volumetric detection system that uses LiDAR technology to protect large areas. Whenever it detects motion in a specified area, automatically differentiates a threat from what is not, and immediately alerts security personnel if necessary.

On this basis, The Geosystems division by Hexagon has created A8V Mind (Mobile Intrusion Detection), a portable version of Accur8vision that can solve complex but temporary security demands in various sectors in outdoor areas.
