Hikvision technology converts L’Illa coworking & Co. in a reference in security

The HikCentral platform Hikvision manages access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection and people counting in this thousand square meter coworking located in the financial heart of Barcelona.

Hikvision has contributed its intelligent video technology to the innovative space security project The Illa & Co. Business Coworking from Barcelona. The project, led by integrator Unsure and that responds to the concept of smart building, includes four areas of action: access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection and people counting.

Access control terminals allow passage to authorized users, both to the coworking and to each of the rooms. These have facial recognition - Hikvision's own technology- card reader and QR code reader. Besides, They have intercoms to talk to reception.

A video surveillance system has been installed inside the building that respects the privacy of the tenants., so it is focused on common areas such as hallways and reception. Cameras do not invade the private spaces of coworking clients.

The facility has a system to detect intrusion, that reinforces security when offices are closed, without limiting the possibility of access by an authorized user.

People counting system offers occupancy data and analysis, busiest hours and days, rooms with the most use… This information allows coworking managers to optimize staff and resources.

This infrastructure is controlled by the platform HikCentral, that offers a real convergence between all of them, since it allows you to manage all systems from a single platform. Simplifies and speeds up the use of equipment, in addition to facilitating interaction between each other.

The L'Illa space & Co. Business Coworking is a facility of more than a thousand square meters, located in the financial center of Barcelona (Diagonal Avenue), which has the maximum comforts and technological advances in terms of access and security. It was inaugurated at the beginning of 2022 and it is one of the most advanced and innovative coworking spaces in our country.
