i-PRO and Vaxtor join technologies to offer ALPR applications in their AI cameras

The integration of VaxALPR analysis solution Time in the chambers i-PRO with artificial intelligence (IA) reduces hardware costs and project complexity.

The global collaboration between i-PRO EMEA y Time enables the latest generation of the latter's powerful automatic license plate recognition software, called VaxALPR, works on models AI-enabled cameras of the first.

The VaxALPR solution integrated into i-PRO devices does not need to transmit video to a PC/server, ensuring efficient operation on all networks, including 4G. The app runs on i-PRO AI cameras with a simple license per device and no minimum number. It is also integrated for use with the video management system (VMS) i-PRO Video Insight to facilitate its implementation and operation.

AI technology is ideal for security applications such as urban surveillance, parking lots, access control, intelligent transport systems (ITS), etc. VaxALPR on-camera app has higher recognition rates than 98% and is suitable for any traffic environment.

In the future, Vaxtor also plans to integrate other object character recognition applications (OCR), including your generic OCR reader VaxOCR Genesis, for use in i-PRO cameras.
