Hikvision appoints Bruno Bento Regional Sales Manager of Portugal

Hikvision continues to bet and strengthen its value proposition in Portugal with the appointment of Bruno Bento as new Regional Sales Manager.

The new position responds to the company's strategic decision to bet on this market, that began already in 2018. Since then, Hikvision has been consolidating its proposal with a local team formed by both technical and commercial profiles, able to respond to customers and partners from proximity, and understanding the specific needs of the market.

Bento, who until now held the position of key account & Business Development Manager, has the experience and knowledge necessary to lead this new stage that opens in Hikvision Portugal. After more than 21 years developing different positions in the security sector, Bento joined the Hikvision team at 2018.

"Hikvision's commitment has always had an Iberian reach, but certainly, the efforts that are being carried out to strengthen the positioning in the Portuguese market are being very positive and are having a great reception in the market", points out Bento.

Hikvision already has new offices in Portugal, which will be ready by the end of the year. "The year of pandemic that we have suffered has forced us to delay our development plans., but at the end of the year we will open the new office. It will have more than 470 m2 and will house a showroom where to expose our portfolio of solutions", points Bento.

In addition to these initiatives, Hikvision is continuously working on other lines of action that strengthen communication with the Portuguese public and, in this sense, has just launched its website in Portuguese, with specific content.

The company will continue working on this line of action, so soon it is planned to launch Hikvision Portugal's own profiles in the main social networks.
