Optimus in Garbi building

Optimus has supplied equipment for several hospitals (Complete, campaign, new or remodeled plants ...) on the occasion of the pandemic. One of them is the Garbí building.

It is a multipurpose space dedicated to the care of patients with COVID-19 that depends on the Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron and is located in the nearby Parc Sanitari Pere Virgili.

It is a modular building that has 3.111 square meters and four floors, two for hospitalization with 56 Beds, one with 32 ICU and semi-micrític beds and another with a diagnostic area capable of performing up to 5.000 daily PCR tests.

The voice alarm and public address system has been entrusted to the EN-certified system 54 Compact by Optimus, with an audio matrix, 1.000 W of power and a remote microphonic desk of 30 MD-30C zones, bused via CAN protocol (Controller Area Network).

In total, more than one hundred ceiling speakers of the A-225EN have been installed, of 5 inches and 6 W of power, and several outdoor acoustic projectors (IP66) of 20 W of the SP-20EN model, also EN certificates 54-24.

VB-G2S: hands-free intercom

The VB-G2S immediate and simplified hands-free intercom system solves communication between two people safely and flexibly.

It is designed to be installed in protective screens, public service windows, Lockers, Cashiers, information points, medical offices, on-call pharmacies… No need to touch the team, is activated by detecting a person's presence and allows natural and fluid communication aloud, without raising your voice.

The VB-G2S kit incorporates everything you need: indoor and outdoor equipment, adhesives to attach them to the separation surface between the two people, the power supply, cables and their fastening system, and the tool to adjust the volume.
