Optimus expands its digital voice alarm amplifiers with DA-500M4

In compact format and with greater performance, the new DA-500M4 power stage Optimus offers new capabilities to meet larger-scale public address and voice alarm projects.

The Spanish manufacturer of public address systems, alarma por voz e intercomunicación Optimus adds to its range of digital amplifiers with the DA-500M4 power stage, a 4x500W RMS model that maintains the characteristic ease of installation of the series.

Optimus DA-500M4 positions itself as the natural evolution of its DA-240M4 series, retaining the 1U compact 19” rack format, but significantly increasing its performance. This new model offers 4x500W RMS at 100V line (4x320W RMS at 8 ohms), a competitive solution for medium and large-scale installations.

El diseño incorpora cuatro amplificadores clase D independientes, cada uno con entrada balanceada, control de volumen individual y filtro pasa-altos (HPF) seleccionable. La alimentación universal de 110~230V CA, he sistema de doble ventilador interno y los indicadores Led de estado completan una propuesta orientada a la durabilidad.

DA-500M4 integrates protection circuits against short circuits, overloads, signal peaks and overheating, guaranteeing stable operation in demanding environments. The ratio signal/noise higher than 80dB and total harmonic distortion lower than 0,1% ensure consistent audio quality, without compromising energy efficiency.

Available through Optimus' commercial network and authorized distributors, the new DA-500M4 amplifier stage is designed for use in public buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centers and infrastructures that require higher power.
