Designed for advanced video analysis, this team has deep learning with integrated facial recognition solutions, people count and real-time vehicle detection.

Synology DVA3221

The new NVR device (Network Video Recorder) DVA3221 Synology has been designed for advanced video surveillance and analysis. Equipped with a graphic processing unit (Gpu), that allows you to speed up deep learning algorithms, generates real-time information so security personnel can act quickly.

This quipo also incorporates facial recognition solutions, people count and vehicle detection, in addition to other video analytics features that make it a smart solution for a safer environment.

“DVA product range is constantly improving thanks to continuous software updates. The new version of Surveillance Station has introduced key new features such as facial detection, people and vehicles, and even has the ability to detect the use of masks”, Tony Lin highlights, Synology Product Manager for Surveillance Station. “DVA3221 extends boundaries with support for real-time video analytics tasks, taking video surveillance to a new level”.

DVA3221 combines Synology's data storage and management expertise with a powerful VMS solution, Surveillance Station. Thanks to its compatibility with more than 7.600 camera models, adapting to the OPEN ONVIF video network interface standard and integrating with I/O modules and speakers, users are not tied to a specific brand or platform.

Since all analyses are processed and stored on-site, this NVR can be a completely independent solution that works without the need for an Internet connection, unless cloud or off-premises backups are set up.

Surveillance Station is platform-independent, and enables playback and management through conventional explorers, Windows and Mac devices, and mobile apps.

Features:

  • Deep learning-based video analysis that enables facial recognition, detecting people and vehicles, and the count of people.
  • Supports up to 32 camera signals, with six real-time video analysis tasks.
  • Includes filters to perform accurate searches on images by detecting movimien-to, lack of elements and analysis of active zones.
  • It has four internal bays of 3,5 inches to store large amounts of video, am-pliable to 14, two DX517 expansion units 5 Bays.
  • Automating footage backups to a remote destination.
  • Full ownership of perpetual data and licenses. All video is processed on-site, with optional Internet connectivity, necessary only for remo-tas backup and viewing. No subscriptions required.
