Esta línea, built in stainless steel, it is designed to be installed in particularly corrosive environments. Due to its rigorous technical characteristics, all details have been carefully analyzed, suitable for use in industrial settings or offshore.

Videotec NXPTZ Series2

The new generation of Full HD PTZ cameras from Videotec NXPTZ Series2 is intended for preventive outdoor security applications in the most challenging environmental conditions.

The PTZ range has been completely updated and expanded to include visible day/night cameras, FullHD 1080p, with Delux or Sony FCB-EV7520 technology, capable of producing optimal image clarity, even in the most difficult lighting conditions.

Videotec NXPTZ Series2New thermal or network dual-vision PTZ models are also available for extreme accuracy in perimeter detection and control, and in the control and monitoring of high-risk environments with poor lighting conditions.

Thermal video cameras also offer radiometry functions to obtain accurate temperature readings, useful in monitoring industrial processes.

Thanks to Videotec Analytics, they have advanced video analysis functions that assist in outdoor applications by supporting preventive intruder detection.

This new technology, developed internally from start to finish by Videotec, uses very powerful algorithms for very precise detection and automatic tracking even in the most adverse environmental conditions. The detection algorithm is reliable even in rain, snow, camera vibrations, low contrast, sudden changes in light or shadows, and in the presence of small animals or insects.

The new NXPTZ Series PTZ cameras can be geo-localized on maps to support GeoMove and GeoMove features&Track. The GeoMove function is very useful in perimeter surveillance systems and for port traffic control, as it allows capturing any target through geographic coordinates, even in critical visibility conditions or at sea.

In a video surveillance system, The GeoMove function can typically be activated using a camera with Videotec Analytics or through third-party software such as Video Management Software (VMS), which provides the geographic coordinates of a target and uses them to guide Videotec PTZ cameras to capture the target.

The coordinates can also be sent in the same way using Vessel Tracking Services (VTS – navigation control services) or radar control systems.

Besides, PTZ video cameras with Videotec Analytics can activate the GeoMove function&Track. In this case, the camera that receives the target coordinates, thanks to video analytics, can autonomously recognize and track the geo-located target.

Compared to the previous generation, the Series2 video cameras can connect the PTZ via optical fiber, thanks to the SFP module slot installed directly in the base of the unit.

The NXPTZ Series2 PTZ cameras operate in corrosive environments, thanks to their construction in AISI 316L stainless steel with micro-polished and electro-polished surfaces, and to the extreme precision adopted during the construction processes.

The IP66/IP67/IP68/IP69 ratings, in addition to ensuring full protection against harsh weather conditions, allow the device to be cleaned with high-pressure hot water jets.
