Motorola Solutions Fresno Inc. has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Fresno-based global video security solutions provider (California) Pelco. The operation has been carried out at a cost of 110 million U.S. dollars.

Pelco designs, Develops and distributes end-to-end video technology, including video surveillance cameras and video management system software.
