Motorola Solutions reinforces its global presence with the purchase of Pelco

The operation has had a cost of 110 million dollars and will allow the company to enter more strongly into the business and public security market.

Motorola Solutions has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the global provider of video security solutions based in Fresno (California) Pelco. The operation has been carried out at a cost of 110 million US dollars.

Pelco designs, develops and distributes end-to-end video technology, including surveillance cameras and video management system software. Its scalable solutions and commitment to service delivery allow customers of all sizes to mitigate risk, increase operational efficiency and improve security.
