Toshiba S300: internal hard drive up to 10 TB for video surveillance applications

The new line of internal disks S300 Surveillance Hard Drive from Toshiba offers a storage capacity of up to 10 TB, especially beneficial in video surveillance applications, since it is capable of saving recordings from up to 64 high-definition surveillance cameras (depending on the model, at a speed of 10 Mbts), operating continuously (24/7).

Toshiba S300 is available on the market with capacities of 4, 6, 8 y 10 TB, which represents an increase of 2 TB compared to the previous internal HDD range developed by this manufacturer; and has a mean time to failure of 1 million hours, as well as a buffer of up to 256 MB.
