Hikvision will invest in an R&D center in Montreal and in a research institute in Silicon Valley
Así lo ha anunciado Yangzhong Hu, consejero delegado de Hikvision: These two outstanding investments underscore our strategy of globalizing R&D and our commitment to providing products with innovative and groundbreaking technologies aimed at the needs of our world-class partners and clients.
Hikvision, which currently has more than 8.000 R&D engineers, budget that it allocates around 7% of its revenue, will establish its Research Institute outside of China for the first time. A move that, as Hu assured, is part of Hikvision's global strategy to advance its support and service in regions outside China, in a logical location for this.
In the case of the new R&D center in the Canadian city, country in which Hikvision has a presence, responde tanto a su idónea localización, como al equipo de ingenieros especializados en vídeo IP.
