Hikvision acquires the British intrusion systems company Pyronix

El fabricante de sistemas de videovigilancia tiene grandes planes de inversión en Reino Unido, y ha calificado esta compra como una gran oportunidad de crecimiento y desarrollo global para la firma londinense.

Esta adquisición de Hikvision, de la que se desconocen sus términos económicos, ha sido bien recibida por parte del fundador de Pyronix, Julie Kenny CBE DL, quien ha afirmado que “representa una gran oportunidad para Pyronix, Rotherham y la región. El volumen de inversión extranjera que esto traerá Reino Unido es enorme”.

The Chinese manufacturer Hikvision plans to integrate Pyronix's knowledge and experience in intrusion detection into its business offering in the global video surveillance market.

The result of this technological union, emphasizes Sebastian Herrera, general director of Pyronix, 'will shape the future of security systems'. The combined experience of both companies will bring new advances and innovative products to the market, merging video surveillance and intrusion technologies'.
