Tyco Security Products Expands Illustra Range of High Definition Network Cameras

The Illustra brand has presented its Pro IP cameras, Flex, Essentials and the new Edge recording system that now adds to its network security proposal Tyco Security Products.

Designed to improve network security in small businesses and the educational market, Illustra has developed four lines of video surveillance products, composed of IP Pro cameras, Flex, Essentials and the Edge Recording System, to respond to each application at an economical cost.

IP Pro cameras have bullet-type systems, minidome and box, with megapixel resolution, 360º panoramic and fisheye vision (180º), while the Flex line adds to the above wireless cameras and mini domes for indoors and outdoors, with noise reduction and dynamic range functions, especially suitable for small installations with tight budgets.

As explained by the head of sales and integration solutions at Tyco Security Products, “by making the Illustra brand independent, We show our commitment to the IP camera market to offer a complete, high-quality video surveillance system to cover the video security needs of SMEs., schools, among other environments”.

One of the outstanding systems in this sense is Illustra Edge, which combines a high definition network camera, ExacqVision Management System management software (VMS) and SD storage (these last two included in the device), that offers a complete security solution in small installations of up to ten cameras with simple configuration and operation.

The system is available in three versions with different camera models and resolutions to suit each application., such as Illustra Pro, con 5 megapixels and fisheye vision; Illustrious Pro, a minidome 2 megapixels, and Illustra Pro, in mini-bullet format 2 megapixels.
