Assa Abloy adquiere Gunnebo, empresa especializada en sistemas de control de accesos

Gunnebo Entrance Control strengthens the catalog of Assa Abloy with a wide selection of access control solutions such as speed gates, turnstiles for public transport or security revolving doors.

Founded in 1995 and with 670 employees, Gunnebo will be incorporated into the business Pedestrianof the access systems division of Assa Abloy. Headquartered in Maresfield (United Kingdom), the company has manufacturing plants throughout Europe, in the United States and Asia. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and the usual closing conditions, and is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2026.

Nico Delvaux, president and CEO of Assa Abloy, confirms that the acquisition is part of its strategy to 'strengthen our position in' mature markets mediante la incorporación de productos y soluciones complementarios a nuestro negocio principal”.
