The Canadian control and visualization solutions company VuWall will become part of the portfolio of Naxicap, private equity firm whose goal is to transform control and mission-critical rooms with next-generation technologies.

After acquiring two companies in recent years: Guntermann & Drunk (G&D) in 2020 y Tritec Electronic in 2022, the private equity firm Naxicap has taken another step in its strategy of providing the latest technology to command and control spaces with the VuWall acquisition.

This strategic alignment under Naxicap creates a joint synergy that leverages the technology of each of the companies in its portfolio., its workers and positioning in the market.

Combining VuWall's software development experience with G's hardware development&D y Tritec, This integration of companies that Naxicap has carried out promotes a collaboration and interoperability with maximum security in control room and mission critical environments.

Thanks to it, Clients in these environments will have faster response times, Optimized operational workflows and increased reliability of the system through video wall and KVM solutions perfectly integrated.

As part of this new collaboration, Thorsten Lipp, CEO of G&D, will occupy this same responsibility at VuWall, running both companies, while Markus Müller-Heidelberg will remain CEO of Tritec Electronic.

For your part, Paul Vander Plaetse, founder of VuWall, will take over as marketing director (CMO) of this company and G&D y Tritec, providing vision and experience to direct global business strategies.

VuWall and G&D will show their latest innovations at WHEREAS 2025, which will be held in Barcelona 4 al 7 February (pavilion 5 – stand C700 and J350, respectively).
