Bosch adds multi-controller functionality and multi-VLAN IP network in Praesensa 1.50

It is now possible to manage until 3.000 networked devices and 10.000 audio zones with up to twenty system controllers, while the master controllers and the subsystem ones can optionally be used for controller redundancy.

This IP solution, con EN certification 54, allows priority calls from firefighter microphones to any zone or group across the entire Praesensa system. In case the connection of a subsystem controller to the master controller fails, the former continue to operate as an independent and self-sufficient system.

To address these options for operating with systems of multiple controllers, Bosch has established a new licensing program, so that now you only need to purchase one license per subsystem, without the need for additional hardware purchases.

Otras de las mejoras que ofrece esta versión del software es que todos los componentes de red del sistema Bosch Praesensa cuentan con la certificación EN 54-16, incluido el conmutador Ethernet industrial Cisco IE 5000, que se puede utilizar también como conmutador principal en instalaciones más grandes.
