Datapath Aetria

The video control and management solution for Aetria control rooms Datapath has expanded the power of KVM control and security for mobile devices.

Designed specifically for critical applications 24/7, the solution Aetria concentrates the design, the control and video management of a control room under a single interface with maximum security and reliability.

In its evolution, Datapath has added some developments to Aetria to provide complete system resiliency, as the automatic failover for the central network manager device.

To do this, it is now possible to configure a secondary network manager as hot-standby, that is automatically invoked if the primary device fails.

The configuration, Management and monitoring of both network management devices is performed in the centralized interface of the Aetria Command Center, where it is also possible to perform manual switches if necessary.

In addition, now users can manage the platform from their phone, tablet or mobile device. With secure user rights management applied by Datapath, users can upload any design previously saved on any connected video wall from anywhere in the world.

Aetria workstation now supports direct monitoring and control of Arqa sources. Integration with the solution Arqa AVoIP datapath enables secure access, hardware-based, to multiple remote sources in Aetria.

Operators thus gain real-time control of sources as if they were hosted locally. To do this, an Arqa receiver is connected to the workstation's PC capture card.

In this way, Arqa fonts are available for your KVM display and control from the Aetria workstation interface. KVM switching is performed automatically when the operator requests a specific source.

Another of the developments made by Datapath is the component Designer of Aetria, which incorporates a tutorial and a sample of solution design for new users, making the design process even easier.

In this sense, a virtual location of 'server room' has been created’ which allows the addition of any Aetria network operator and/or source transmitters required to the project design.
